ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

 

Deadline for abstract submission: March 3rd, 2023

​The Scientific Committee will evaluate the abstracts and will assign the type and scientific session of presentation. ​The official language of the meeting is English. 

​

• ​Length- 2.500 characters maximum, including spaces 

• No figures or tables 

• Presenting author's details are mandatory (Title, First name, Last name, Company/Institute, Department, Address, Post code, Town, Country, Office phone, Mobile, Email)

Abstracts selected for a short talk will be scheduled during the short talk sessions for 10 minutes + 5 minutes for Q&A. Some abstracts will be selected for the 3-minute pitch sessions that will take place immediately before the poster sessions. All selected abstracts should be displayed as posters. Poster dimensions: A0 (height, 118.9 cm; width, 84.1 cm). All the material necessary for attaching the poster to the poster board will be supplied at the venue. ​The presenting author must register for the meeting and pay the relevant registration fees.
