ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

 

Deadline for abstract submission: March 9th, 2025

​The Scientific Committee will evaluate the abstracts and will assign the type and scientific session of presentation. ​The official language of the meeting is English. 

​​

• ​Length- 2.500 characters maximum, including spaces 

• No figures nor tables 

• Presenting author's details are mandatory (Title, First name, Last name, Company/Institute, Department, Address, Post code, Town, Country, Mobile, Email)

RSD or iiSIAR sessions

Abstracts selected for a talk or for a short talk will be scheduled during the  sessions for 20 or 10 minutes + 5 minutes for Q&A. Other selected abstracts should be displayed as posters. Poster dimensions: A0 (height, 118.9 cm; width, 84.1 cm). All the material necessary for attaching the poster to the poster boards will be supplied at the venue. ​The presenting authors must register for the meeting and pay the relevant registration fees.
